Refund Policy

Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned to us, and you are responsible for any applicable shipping charges. A refund must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase, otherwise we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with a refund request.

Goods that are exempt from being refunded include:

• Free products
• Custom made products (T-shirts, Mugs, etc). These types of products are not refundable since each order is custom and unique, and therefore refunds cannot be processed unless it is defective.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as we will not receive it, and not be able to process the refund.

Partial refunds may be granted in lieu of a full refund if:
• Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
• Any item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your order is returned, received and inspected by our company, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed within 5-7 business days from receipt of the returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Most credit cards & banks take several days to process refunds. Please wait between 5-7 business days from when you receive notice that your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund by then, please first check with your bank, as the transaction may be pending, but not yet 'posted' (visible) in your account. If you have done all of this and still not received your refund, please use our online contact form with your name & order number, and we will look into it for you asap.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send contact us using our online contact form with your name and order number. We will provide details to you of how to return your item for an exchanged item.

Gifts
If the item you purchased was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Depending on the destination, it the time to receive an exchanged item may take 2-4 weeks.

If you are returning an item valued at over $50, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, otherwise there are no guarantees your returned item will be received.
